Over the years, we've covered a lot of ground in this particular area. The terrain is wildly scenic and offers a tremendous amount of wilderness travel in the subalpine zone just above timberline. The trip is geared towards the avid hiker who would like to take his or hiking skills to the next level without having to go into the technical realm of mountaineering. Ninety percent of the trip takes place off trail and the trip has an adventurous flavor to it. It will change your outlook on how wild simple hiking can be.
Good physical fitness will make this trip even more enjoyable.
