What does it mean, She Rocks the Alpine?
It means getting out there in the company of women who, like you, are looking to spend some time in the mountains. It may be in a learning context - technical skills, skiing or rock climbing skills - or in the simple context of a day spent going somewhere new and challenging. It may be a big trip, like a week climbing summits in Europe, or a small trip - like a Friday when you can steal away from work and take advantage of low freezing levels. The common thread through them all is the spirit of She Rocks: we'll be out there, on rock, snow, and ice, and we'll be having a great time doing it.
Why She Rocks?
The idea behind She Rocks is to create trips that offer an open learning environment, a chance to take the next step in your mountain skills, and to, well... rock it. You may want to go somewhere new, try something new, or meet some new mountain friends. Maybe you're used to going out with the guys, but are looking to mix it up a bit. Whatever your skill level and your interest level, take a look through the trips that make up She Rocks the Alpine and see if you can't find one that suits you.
