Payment and Cancellation Policy of Pro Guiding Service

Domestic Courses and Guided Trips

Deposit:

A 20% deposit is required to hold your spot.  The deposit is non-refundable up to a maximum amount of $100 (no refund 30 days prior to trip or course).

Payment:

Full payment is required by 30 days prior to trip date.  You may call the office with a credit card number, stop by, or send us a check.

Cancellation:

Full refund until 30 days prior to trip date (minus the registration fee) and 50% refund until 29‐20 days prior to trip date.  No refunds after that.

 

International Courses and Guided Trips

Payment:

Full payment is required by 60 days prior to trip date.  You may call the office with a credit card number, stop by, or send us a check.

Cancellation:

Full refund until 60 days prior to trip date (minus the registration fee) and 50% refund until 59‐50 days prior to trip date.  No refunds after that.

 

Trip Cancellation Insurance:

We recommend that you consider trip cancellation insurance.  There are many options for you.

 If Pro Guiding Service cancels a program before the scheduled start date you will be entitled to a full refund or transfer to another trip.

 We cannot assume responsibility for costs related to the trip such as hotel and flight reservations, car rental, or other extra costs.
